1.      WHAT ARE EPS BEADS, USED IN ESSTETIC SOFT  FURNITURE?

 EPS, or expanded polystyrene, is a rigid cellular plastic originally invented in Germany by BASF in 1950. It has been used in packaging solutions since 1958. It is 98% air but the rest is made from tiny, spherical EPS beads - themselves made only of carbon and hydrogen.

 EPS offers a range of benefits over alternative materials:

 - durable:                           unaffected by moisture, damp, heat and in our terms resistant to any germs, bacteria, fungi etc.

- lightweight:                    98% air, EPS is one of the lightest materials;

- protective:                      outstanding compression resistance;

- insulating:                       outstanding thermal properties make EPS ideal for soft furniture, providing comfort

 - easy recycled:              EPS is 100 per cent recyclable and environmentally friendly material, it poses no risk to either health or the environment.

- fire retardant:               EPS has a B1 class flammability, hard-burning and self extinguishing

EPS beads, used for inner filling of esstetic products, has the major role in providing ergonomic characteristic of furniture – when sit on it, polystyrene beads are moving freely in around your body and moulding to your posture.

2.      HOW TO CLEAN ESSTETIC PRODUCTS?

All esstetic bean bag products have removable slipcover.

Inside the cover you will find an inner label with textile cleaning symbols. Most of the upholstery textile can be machine washed (gentle laundry), but faux leather should be wipe cleaned only.

We selected and offer high quality upholstery fabrics, faux leather and faux suede with optimal functional and aesthetic qualities. They have excellent tensile and tear strength, abrasion resistance and rubbing fastness.

3.      HOW TO TAKE OFF SLIPCOVER?

 -          On the bottom of a chair or ottoman we will see a Velcro strips.

-          Open the strips and will see the inner bag, made by cotton fabric and filled with polystyrene beads;

-          Strip the cover and remove the inner bag;

-          If you want to top up your chair, cushion or ottoman, you have to unzip the cotton inner bag and add more EPS beads. Your chair will be softer as the looser are the filling.

-          Cushions have a hidden zipper in their short side and also the same cotton made inner part, filled with EPS beads.

4.      CAN I ORDER ESSTETIC AS A GIFT?

When you are placing a purchase order, you are able to state a different delivery address and person’s name, to receive the goods. So, you can easily make a gift, as long as you are sure in your choice.

From time to time we can offer gift certificates as well.

 5.      HOW QUICKLY DO I GET MY ESSTETIC?

 We offer a standard 7 days delivery, although very often the orders are received even quicker. However, sometimes it may takes up to 20 working days, depending on the availability of a chosen fabric/colour and/or your location. There are two different dates that you will able to see after successful payment and initial order processing by our operator. The first date is called "Expected Delivery Date" and shows you the date that your order should be delivered. The second date is called "Shipment Date" and this is the date when we expect the shipment to be picked-up from our warehouse.

6.      CAN I TRACK MAY PURCHASE ORDER STATUS?

You have detailed information about your order details as well as current status.

Esstetic informs you by e-mail as well as record in your personal account every stage in your order processing.

In order to view your Purchase order details and current status, please follow the below steps:

1.      Go to My Account and log in

2.      Click on Current Orders tab

3.      The system will show you a list of your current orders, their current status, expected delivery date,  dispatching date and all the information you may need about your order.
